World Tourism Day.

Today, September 27th, marks the World Tourism Day. An activity that we love here in Adventures Mexico.

A couple of weeks ago, for example, we received a group from Hanoi, Vietnam. The tour focused on Mexican culture and cuisine. To organize activities, schedule meals and hotels is not easy but it is definitely rewarding. We are very happy to welcome people from so far away. It was a beautiful experience.

Everyone should travel more. It may not be a priority for us, many times our economy does not allow it, but we don’t need to travel across the planet. There wonders hidden in our own state. There are people and cultures completely different a few hours away.

The important thing, I believe, is to get out of our comfort zone. Explore and learn the history of everything that surrounds us. That’s why tourism plays an important role in the life of humanity. Tourism makes us aware of the cultural diversity of our species. Tourism humanizes us.
