Day 1 Arrival in Tijuana – Rest & Welcome

Arrive at Tijuana International Airport, where our team will greet you and escort you to your hotel. Enjoy a calm evening to rest and acclimate. Optional dinner at a local restaurant available.

Day 2 Popotla Seafood & Monte Xanic Wine Experience

Travel along the Pacific Coast and stop at Popotla, a traditional fishing village. Choose your seafood directly from local fishermen and enjoy a hands-on culinary experience at Doña Lorena’s restaurant, where your catch is freshly prepared.

After lunch, continue to Valle de Guadalupe and visit Monte Xanic, one of Baja’s most prestigious wineries. Enjoy a private vineyard tour and guided wine tasting as the sun sets over the vines.

Day 3 Boutique Wineries & Baja-Med Dining

Explore the artisanal heart of the valley with visits to three boutique wineries, such as Lechuza, Viña de Frannes, and Mogor Badan. Taste small-batch wines, meet winemakers, and immerse yourself in Baja’s unique terroir.

In the evening, delight in a Michelin-starred dinner at Animalón, Deckman’s en el Mogor, or another acclaimed open-air restaurant.

Day 4 El Cielo Winery & Wine Blending Workshop

Today’s focus is El Cielo, one of the most elegant and innovative wineries in the region. Enjoy a vineyard tour, premium tasting, and take part in a wine blending workshop—craft your own personalized bottle guided by an expert enologist.

Later, savor a sunset dinner at Finca Altozano, a countryside restaurant that perfectly captures the spirit of Baja-Med cuisine.

Day 5 Museo del Vino & Ensenada Coast Experience

Begin with a visit to the Museo del Vino de Baja California, where you’ll gain insight into the history, evolution, and cultural richness of Baja’s wine industry through elegant, interactive exhibits.

Continue toward Ensenada, stopping for scenic views at La Bufadora, one of the largest marine geysers in the world. Enjoy a casual seafood lunch at Las Carretas Bufadoras, then head into town for a guided walking tour of Ensenada’s historic district, learning about its port heritage, culinary evolution, and architectural icons.

Close the day with a visit to the legendary Cantina Hussong’s, the oldest bar in Baja California (est. 1892), famous for its classic margaritas, live music, and rustic frontier charm.

Day 6 Lobster Feast in Puerto Nuevo & Artisan Cheese in Tecate

Depart Ensenada and head to Puerto Nuevo, where you’ll indulge in a traditional lobster lunch with handmade tortillas, beans, rice, and ocean views.

Continue to Tecate, a Pueblo Mágico. Visit El Mejor Pan de Tecate for fresh conchas and sweet bread, then head to Rancho La Campana / Cava de Marcelo. Explore the cheese-aging cellar, meet the producers, and enjoy a guided cheese and wine tasting followed by a rustic lunch.

Day 7 Craft Beer & Urban Flavor in Tijuana

Return to Tijuana for a final day of urban culture. Visit a local craft brewery for a tasting session and tour, sampling Baja’s growing craft beer scene. Optionally, enjoy a farewell lunch at Caesar’s Restaurant, home of the original Caesar salad.

Day 8 Departure from Tijuana

Private transfer to Tijuana International Airport for your return flight.
